IMMERSIVE BACKGROUNDS: BRINGING THE EDGE LOGO TO LIFE
As part of the project, we explored various backgrounds featuring the Microsoft Edge logo, organically integrated into open natural spaces with lakes. The designs blended architecture and natural elements to convey modernity and a futuristic vision of nature. Captivating gradients and vibrant tones brought these environments to life, creating an immersive balance between innovation and the natural world.
In collaboration with the Microsoft Edge team, I had the opportunity to develop a series of 3D visual concepts aimed at defining a new visual design language for the upcoming iteration of the Edge browser. The core idea was to present the browser as a window into abstract and surreal spaces, exploring a balance between real and imagined elements. These dreamlike environments were carefully aligned with the color palette of the Microsoft Edge campaign and designed to serve as dynamic wallpapers that enhance the overall user experience.
An important aspect of the project was creating each wallpaper in both light and dark modes, corresponding to the day and night settings available in the Microsoft Edge browser. This feature allows users to seamlessly adapt their browsing environment to different times of the day while maintaining a consistent mood and visual harmony. The dual versions ensure an immersive and cohesive experience regardless of the mode selected.

WINDOWS TO INFINITE WORLDS
A key part of these explorations was developing every concept around the idea that Microsoft Edge acts as a window into infinite worlds—dreamlike landscapes and alternate realities. Each visual concept represented a kind of metamorphosis or opening, revealing new dimensions and perspectives. This idea of transition and discovery reflects the essence of Microsoft Edge as a gateway to exploration through its browsing experience.
